Super nice, modern, clean office (and bathroom!). Had to wait 50 minutes to be seen though. Dr. Rowland seemed very knowledgeable about dentistry. I would trust her. I do plan on going back for a cleaning and get a chipped front tooth fixed. Went back for my cleaning, X-Rays and to have a chip fixed and was very impressed! Christy at the front desk is so nice and cheerful! Dr. Rowland is super knowledgeable. She told me things about my teeth and mouth that no other dentist had ever informed me of! I was nervous about getting my teeth cleaned bc I have a lot of sensitivity but Dr. Rowland did a great job! Didn’t hurt at all! I would definitely recommend Ember Dental Arts to others.

My mother Nancy is 94 years old and has dementia. She also has atelectasis. Which makes it hard for her to cough up and mucus. The dentist was absolutely wonderful scaling my mother’s teeth.

I had the veneers installed by a completely different dental provider and have had several issues as a result. Dr. Rowlands has been the first doctor to actually sit with me, listen, and provide helpful recommendations. That alone has meant a lot. Thank you.

I had been avoiding going to the dentist for way too long which only made my anxiety and dental health worse. I wanted to find a practice that would understand my anxiety and help me get back on track without embarrassing me. The team at Ember Dental Arts understood the assignment. 1. Making the appointment was easy. Alex at the front desk checked all my insurance information for me and asked “ is there anything else we can do to make your visit more comfortable?” That was huge. Also, I love that you can text the office. 2. Dr. Heather was kind and spent time talking with me about my concerns and letting me know how she would address them. She made a treatment plan to prioritize my care and best utilize my insurance to respect limited finances. Shout out to Kia who took my X-rays whose calm friendly nature helped my nerves. 3. Max then reviewed the plan with me and helped me understand financing options. I was really nervous and asked a lot of questions, but he didn’t make me feel rushed in making decisions. Other details such as the welcome sign in my exam room, the welcome tote bag with some fun products, and the calm comfortable atmosphere made this visit a pleasant surprise. You can sense that this is a newer practice and yet I will chose their intentionality, skill and service over any more “ established practices”. Thank you, Ember Dental Arts, for lifting my burden and helping me make a path to better health!

I am really happy that I finally found a dentist I feel comfortable with, Dr. Heather and Christy are both friendly and caring, they're awesome! Even the atmosphere in the office is calm, clean and inviting. They don't rush you in and out, they take the time to explain everything that is happening. I will be back for additional work!
